How do I place a hold or confirm a booking?
Send dates and preferred stage via Contact. We place a soft hold for 48 hours. To confirm, sign the rental agreement and provide a card on file or PO.

Do I need insurance?
Yes. A COI naming Videohall StudioWorks as additionally insured is required for equipment, grip, and electric. For stage-only shoots without lifts, we can accept a deposit in lieu for small productions.
How quiet are the stages?
We maintain 22–26 dBA at night and 27–32 dBA daytime. HVAC isolation and sound locks minimize external intrusion. We publish recent readings on request.
What power is available?
100A shared tie-in plus a clean 20A grid. Distro packages and bates-to-camlock adapters are available in the catalog.
Do you repaint the cyc?
Yes. We repaint weekly and will schedule a fresh coat before your day if you notify us 48 hours in advance.
How does load-in/load-out work?
Alley access with 12 ft clearance. One hour of load-in and load-out included per day. Additional time billed in half-hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 7 days prior. 50% between 7–2 days. Within 48 hours, holds convert to billable unless we rebook the slot.
Can you staff our shoot?
Yes. Add a gaffer, AC, or audio lead as catalog add-ons. We maintain a vetted roster and coordinate payroll through our partner.
Do you support after-hours shoots?
Yes with notice. Night access and weekend rates apply; security deposit and on-site manager are required.
